Acceptance of Terms

1.1. Agreement: Your use of the Platform constitutes your unqualified acceptance of these Terms, which form a legally binding agreement between you and CYE TECHNOLOGY PVT LTD.

1.2. Modifications: We reserve the right to revise and update these Terms from time to time in our sole discretion. All changes are effective immediately when we post them and apply to all access to and use of the Platform thereafter. Your continued use of the Platform following the posting of revised Terms means that you accept and agree to the changes.

Access and Use of the Platform

2.1. Eligibility: The Platform is offered and available to users who are 18 years of age or older. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you meet this eligibility requirement.

2.2. Permitted Use: You may use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to use the Platform:

• In any way that violates any applicable Indian or international law or regulation.
• To send, knowingly receive, upload, download, use, or re-use any material that does not comply with these Terms.
• To engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of the Platform, or which, as determined by us, may harm the Company or users of the Platform or expose them to liability.

2.3. Account Security: If you create an account on the Platform, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account details (username, password) and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or use of your account.

Intellectual Property Rights

3.1. Company Ownership: The Platform and its entire contents, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video, and audio, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof) are owned by the Company, its licensors, or other providers of such material and are protected by Indian and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

3.2. Limited License: These Terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for your personal or internal business informational purposes.

3.3. Restrictions: You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on our Platform, except as generally and legitimately incident to your use of the Platform.

User Content & Conduct

4.1. User Content Responsibility: If the Platform allows you to post or submit content ("User Content"), you are solely responsible for such content. You represent and warrant that you own or control all rights in and to your User Content and have the right to grant the license to us.

4.2. Content Standards: User Content must comply with all applicable laws and these Terms. It must not be unlawful, defamatory, obscene, offensive, hateful, inflammatory, or promote discrimination.

4.3. Monitoring & Enforcement: We have the right to remove or refuse to post any User Content for any or no reason in our sole discretion. We may take any action with respect to any User Content that we deem necessary or appropriate in our sole discretion, including disclosure to law enforcement.

Privacy Policy

5.1. Data Collection: All information we collect on this Platform is subject to our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

5.2. Review Privacy Policy: By using the Platform, you consent to all actions taken by us with respect to your information in compliance with the Privacy Policy. We strongly advise you to review our Privacy Policy to understand our practices regarding your data.

Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

6.1. No Warranties: Your use of the Platform is at your sole risk. The Platform is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis, without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. The Company does not warrant that the Platform will be accurate, reliable, error-free, or uninterrupted.

6.2. Limitation of Liability: In no event will the Company, its affiliates, or their licensors, service providers, employees, agents, officers, or directors be liable for damages of any kind, under any legal theory, arising out of or in connection with your use, or inability to use, the Platform, including any direct, indirect, special, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

6.3. Jurisdictional Limits: The foregoing does not affect any liability which cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

Indemnification

7.1. Indemnity: You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless CYE TECHNOLOGY PVT LTD, its affiliates, licensors, and service providers, and its and their respective officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, suppliers, successors, and assigns from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the Platform.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

8.1. Governing Law: All matters relating to the Platform and these Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the internal laws of India, specifically the laws of the state of Telangana.

8.2. Exclusive Jurisdiction: Any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of, or related to, these Terms or the Platform shall be instituted exclusively in the courts of Hyderabad, Telangana, India.

Termination

9.1. Termination Rights: We may terminate or suspend your access to all or part of the Platform for any or no reason, including without limitation, any violation of these Terms.

Miscellaneous

10.1. Entire Agreement: These Terms and our Privacy Policy constitute the sole and entire agreement between you and CYE TECHNOLOGY PVT LTD regarding the Platform.

10.2. Severability: If any provision of these Terms is held by a court or other tribunal of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable for any reason, such provision shall be eliminated or limited to the minimum extent such that the remaining provisions of the Terms will continue in full force and effect.

10.3. No Waiver: No waiver by the Company of any term or condition set out in these Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or condition or a waiver of any other term or condition.
